To Do List-for longer healthy hair


Shampoo and Deep Condition my hair ounce a week on saturdays
Clarify ounce a month
Co Wash ounce a week on wednesdays
Massagecastor oil to my scalp and moisturize with my olive oil lotion
Get a trim every OTHER relaxer
 Relax every 10 to 12 weeks or longer (ALWAYS) mark my calender 
Moisturize and Seal with oils daily and nightly
Use protective styles such as: buns,phony ponys, pony tails, baid outs
No DIRECT HEAT, only once a month
Drink plenty of water
Workout 3 days a week
